“The single-pole NO contactor C193 can switch on and carry high currents. It was designed for switching loads frequently. The C193 is available as an AC or DC contactor. The DC versions are fitted with blowout magnets. The C193A and C193B designs possess electric arc arcing chambers for DC and AC. The magnetic drive can activated using voltages of 24 to 110 V DC. A snap-action switch reports the switch state of the main contacts to the higher-level control system.
Developed for use in rail carriages, the C193 also works in extreme ambient temperatures. It is considered to be an especially reliable piece of switchgear with a longer-than-average electrical service life.”
